Day 1  Saturday February 06, 2016       ARRIVAL TO NEW ORLEANS

Upon arrival, we might be able to see the Endymion parade passing in front of our hotel!

Day 2  Sunday February 07, 2016           New Orleans

Parades go on all day!

We’ll watch the different Krewes. Most of them pass in front of our hotel.

 

Day 3  Monday February 08, 2016          New Orleans

Morning City Tour: New Orleans is a city rich in sights and sounds. Each neighborhood has its own personality.  The French Quarter, Garden District, City Park…..  Our city tour will include a visit to the Garden District and a stop at the famous Cemetery.

During the evening we’ll experience Lundi Gras Festival on the river (Orpheus Parade)

Day 4  Tuesday February 09, 2016         New Orleans

Today is Fat Tuesday! Parades begin at 10:00am and end downtown at approximately 02:00pm. Queen of Carnival is toasted at the hotel.

After the parades we will have some free time to explore the city on Mardi Gras

 

Day 5  Wednesday February 10, 2016   New Orleans

Morning at leisure, French Quarters stroll is recommended

During the afternoon we will enjoy a Musical history tour: During this walking tour we’ll experience New Orleans premier cultural gift to the world through story, sight and sound. (Jazz, rhythm “n”blues, rock “n”roll …)

 

Day 6  Thursday February 11, 2016       New Orleans

Morning departure to a Plantation tour along the Great River Road (New Orleans to Baton Rouge)

After dark a Haunted History walking tour is awaiting.                                                                 Along the way we’ll hear Ghost stories, New Orleans dark secrets and it’s colorful history. Stop at a quaint pub and find out about Absinthe.

 

Day 7  Friday February 12, 2016                         Return                                                                             Free time until your departure.

Deposit and final payment due dates are related to contracts with airlines, hotels and/or other suppliers. The policies below must be enforced as they are related to these contracts.

CANCELLATIONS


We Accept Only Written Cancellations. In Case Of Cancellation Penalties Apply.

From October 08, 2014 to October 28, 2014……….$400.00 Cancellation Fee
After October 29, 2014……….100% of total price Cancellation Fee

No show at the airport—–Cancellation fee 100% of total price
Unused portion of your ticket—–100% of total price – No right to refund
Missing any flight for any reason, will invalidate the rest of your ticket—–No right to refund
Failure to present valid passport and / or visas—–No right to refund
Tickets are non-refundable / non-changeable / non transferable

Changes
Routing changes are not accepted by Airlines

Return date changes before departure:
Must be requested 60 days earlier than departure. They are subject to an airline fee plus any difference in price according to airline seats availability plus a $75.00 fee that Total Tours will charge you for the service.

Earlier return:
Should you need to return earlier than your reservation date, we will do our best to get you home as soon as possible.

Later return after departure:
Must be requested to the airline group desk at least 14 days prior to your return.

If the date change is not confirmed by the airline before your return date and you do not show at the airport for your confirmed flight (s) as per your Electronic Ticket, you will be considered as a no show and the airline will invalidate/cancel the rest of your ticket without any right to refund
Airlines policies must strictly apply.

We strongly recommend that you avail yourself of a Travel Insurance Program as a protection.

DOCUMENTS TO ENTER A FOREIGN COUNTRY


Possession of documentation is the responsibility of each passenger.
Failure to provide it, may result in denied boarding with no right to refund.

PASSPORTS AND VISAS
Valid passport
Travellers going abroad need a valid passport.
Some countries require that your U.S. passport be valid for at least six months after your return trip — other countries may require a longer validity.
If your passport expires before the required validity then you will have to apply for a new one. Please check with the Consulate(s) of the country(s) that you plan to visit for further details on requirements.
American citizens can get passport information from the U.S. Depatment of State website at www.travel.state.gov/passport.
Non‑American citizens should check with their respective Consulate(s). You will need proper documents to re‑enter the United States.

Visas
A visa is a stamp that is added to your passport by a country’s Consulate.
